@TheBlondePantry's Skinny Chocolate Protein Pancakes

I have a massive sweet tooth, and using whole, natural ingredients to make pancakes helps me think it's good for myself... because, it is.

Ingredients

1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp flax seed
3 eggs
2 ripe bananas
1 scoop chocolate Whey Protein Powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

 

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. 
  2. Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add coconut oil to skillet
  3. Add some pancake batter & cook until the sides turn up, then flip. 
  4. Top with fresh fruit and/or add a tbsp agave!
